Just a reminder of our social project " Haiti and Pan Am play Badminton ", we will be collecting in Santo Domingo, ebadminton equipment to donate our friends in Haiti. We know that time is short but we also know of your goodwill toeards a very good cause.

Dear Member Associations:
At this moment we want to take the opportunity to request your assistance in an important project involving a very important social cause together with our sport.
This project will help to introduce children at school level, to our sport and integrate them in a good environment, healthy activity and we could reach many children.
The project “ Haiti and Pan Am Play Badminton ” consists in collecting and providing them with equipment (rackets, shuttles, nets, shoes, etc new or in good condition) to be taken into Sto. Domingo, where we will collect them and deliver to Haiti.
At this moment we are 17 countries taking part in the Junior Pan Am, we think we can get an important number of supplies in a short time.
We would like to present the equipment on Saturday August 7th and for that reason we are going to have a person responsible in the Venue to collect your equipment donation. For which a receipt will be extended.
We sincerely ask that you promote this idea with your badminton enthusiasts in your team club, league or community so we can get a good response in a short time.
